The Grand Ivy lets players access their personal account from a PC through a web browser and from mobile devices through a mobile browser. The login form uses the same credentials on both device types, so a single account covers desktop and mobile sessions.
Login requires an existing The Grand Ivy account. Players enter their registered email or username and password to open the account area, where the site keeps profile details, payment methods, and session-related settings under one login.
Open the official The Grand Ivy site or app, tap “Log in,” and enter your email and password. If it keeps loading, switch from Wi‑Fi to mobile data (or back), then restart the browser or app and try again.
Tap “Forgot password” on the login page, enter the email you used for registration, and follow the reset link from the message. If the email does not arrive, check Spam and Promotions, then request the reset again.
The Grand Ivy supports login methods shown on your login screen, which can include Google or Apple on some devices. If you do not see those buttons, use your email and password, or create a password reset to set one.
Turn off Caps Lock, retype the password manually, and remove any saved password autofill that inserts the wrong one. If it still fails, use “Forgot password” and set a new password.
Log in with the original email you registered with, because changing contact details does not always change your login ID. If you no longer have access to that email, use account recovery through support and provide the details requested during verification.
If you use a private window or your browser clears cookies on exit, The Grand Ivy will log you out when you close it. Use a normal browser session and allow cookies to keep your session active on that device.
